Hot Property: IndyCar driver Scott Dixon’s $1.2 million home
The Geist neighborhood in Indiana with, arguably, the most athletic star power in Indy is about to lose a player.
IndyCar racer Scott Dixon and wife, Emma, are selling their $1.2 million lakefront home at 10046 Hampton Cove Lane.
Also residing in the neighborhood? Indiana Pacers player George Hill.
The 7,200-square-foot home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. At least one of those bedrooms is lakefront with a wall covered in windows looking out on Geist Reservoir.
Built in 2003, the home has an open-style layout and sits on one-third an acre. It features an in ground pool and is located in the Hamilton Southeastern school district.
The couple is building a home near Spring Mill Road on the city's north side. Dixon races for Chip Ganassi Racing, located on the Northwestside.
For those in the market for a house, it would be pretty cool to say you live in a 3-time IndyCar Series winner's former digs. Not to mention, be Hill's neighbor.
