Richard Childress Racing and D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc. Extend Partnership

Richard Childress Racing and D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc., America's Oldest Brewery, announced today the renewal of their partnership and sponsorship of the NASCAR Nationwide Series No. 3 Chevrolet team and driver Ty Dillon for the 2015 season.

Yuengling will also sponsor the No. 33 Chevrolet SS at Pocono Raceway in the June NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race with Dillon behind the wheel.

"We are thrilled to continue our great partnership with Yuengling and showcase their great products to NASCAR fans," said Richard Childress, chairman and CEO of Richard Childress Racing. "We have enjoyed working with a family-owned and operated company with such a rich heritage and tight-knit culture. It's something we mirror here at RCR. Yuengling is an iconic American brand and the brewery has produced a quality beer for almost two centuries."

The Yuengling Light Lager brand has been featured on the No. 3 Chevrolet Camaro in 2014, which is the 185-year-old company's first season partnering with a NASCAR team. The Pottsville, Pa.-based brewery has been American Owned and Family Operated since 1829 and sells beer in 16 states.

"We are proud to partner with RCR again for 2015. The RCR team and the Childress family operate with the same hard work and integrity that we believe in," said Dick Yuengling, President and fifth generation family owner of D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc. "This sponsorship has exposed our Light Lager brand to many new consumers. NASCAR fans are proud and loyal Americans and they've welcomed America's Oldest Brewery into the sport and we appreciate that."

Dillon is currently competing for the Nationwide Series championship and has one victory, which took place at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in July.

"The Yuengling family has been a phenomenal partner and I'm honored to be a part of such a great family-operated company, just like we are here at RCR," Ty Dillon said. "Dick, Jennifer, Wendy, Debbie, Sheryl Yuengling and all of their employees have given us an enormous amount of support. I'm looking forward to growing our relationship with all their distributors, retailers and loyal customers during the 2015 season."

Yuengling Light Lager was featured on the hood of the No. 3 Chevrolet Silverado in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Pocono Mountains 150 in August where older brother Austin Dillon drove to victory lane.
