"Rahal Letterman Lanigan are synonymous with excellence and the team is a perfect fit for ClearPlex, the first and only Patented and optically clear windshield protection film. ClearPlex is designed to take what the road or racing surface dishes out. Partnering up with a world class racing organization is the perfect way to showcase our technology on the world stage."
ClearPlex produces and distributes automotive glass protection film and related products for use throughout the world. ClearPlex® provides an economically sound solution to the problems of automotive glass damage and replacement, vehicle integrity and safety, and pollution caused by dumping broken automotive glass into landfills.
"We are very pleased to welcome ClearPlex to the team," added Bobby Rahal, co-owner of Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing with CBS Late Show host David Letterman and Mi-Jack co-owner Mike Lanigan. "I'm particularly pleased that they are a new sponsor to motor racing and I'm very proud and appreciative of their support. It's a great product that we believe in and the Bobby Rahal Automotive Group will be utilizing this product at our dealerships in Pennsylvania. As more people learn about it through this partnership, I think it will produce a great return on their investment. We are very excited to help the company achieve the goals they have set by entering into this sponsorship."
Team highlights for 2014 include a second place finish in race one of the Chevrolet Dual in Detroit Verizon IndyCar Series race by Graham Rahal as well as six podium finishes for BMW Team RLL, the team's two-car sports car program that competed in the GTLM class of the 2014 Tudor United SportsCar Championship.
Bobby and Graham Rahal will sign autographs in the ClearPlex booth (#12129) at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show on Tuesday, November 4 from 1-2 p.m. PT.
