CuttersRT selects Jay Howard and his Green1 Indycar to support for the 2015 Indy 500

Cutters Race Team (CuttersRT) today announced after a successful 2014 campaign, they are again supporting a car in the Indianapolis 500 in 2015. CuttersRT chose to reach out to Green1 and Bryan Herta Autosport (BHA) to help sponsor the #97 Green1 Indycar after they announced in October of this year their plans to enter the car for driver Jay Howard.

"I just wanted to say that I am very excited about joining the CuttersRT team this year and their effort to sponsor an IndyCar," said Jay Howard. "My main goal is give this race everything I can, to bring home the win. I believe in what CuttersRT is doing and love being part of a grassroots movement to engage your current fan base and the new Cutters who join."

All of the money raised will take place via crowd funding and each entry will go towards getting the #97 car, known to Cutters last year as "The People's Race Car," to the starting lineup for the Greatest Spectacle in Racing.

Anyone can join CuttersRT and be an official sponsor of the team, all for only $100. Various sponsor packets, including individual, family and team, are available, each with different options and opportunities to participate in numerous trackside events prior to the race. Just like in 2014, names of individuals, families or teams are guaranteed to appear on the race car.
