Vergne wins Punta del Este pole

In his debut for Andretti Formula E, Jean-Eric Vergne has won pole for today's Punta del Este ePrix in Punta del Este Uruguay. With a lap time of 1:15.408 the Formula 1 veteran was more than a tenth quicker than China Racing's Nelson Piquet in 2nd.
Winner of pole position in Beijing and Putrajaya Nico Prost was third, with his e.dams-Renault teammate Sebastien Buemi fourth. Virgin Racing's Jaime Alguersuari was fifth.
Three drivers (Virgin's Sam Bird, Dragon's Jerome D'Ambrosio and Andretti' Matthew Brabham) were not classified in the session.
