Rolex 24 Hour 9: Corvettes lead the DP and GTLM classes

Ricky Taylor (No. 10 Wayne Taylor Racing Corvette DP) leads overall, with remaining class leaders Antonio Garcia (No. 3 Corvette Racing Corvette C7.R in GT Le Mans), Colin Braun (No. 54 CORE autosport Oreca FLM09 in Prototype Challenge) and Dominik Farnbacher (No. 93 Riley Motorsports Dodge Viper GT3-R in GT Daytona).
Defending Rolex 24 at Daytona champions Action Express Racing, in the No. 5 Corvette DP, stopped on track in the ninth hour to cause the seventh full-course caution of the race with Joao Barbosa behind the wheel.
The car lost fuel pressure with the car having lost at least three laps.
Gary Nelson, AXR team manager, said the failure was caused by "a wire connector disconnected from the fuel pump."
