Timothy Plan Makes An Investment In Jonathan Byrd’s Racing

Jonathan Byrd's Racing, which is returning to the Indianapolis 500 in 2015 with multi-time USAC Champion and Indy 500 veteran Bryan Clauson in conjunction with Indianapolis 500 Champion team KVSH Racing, is pleased to announce a partnership with the Timothy Plan Family of Mutual Funds as Jonathan Byrd's Racing's investment vehicle of choice.

Founded in 1994, the Timothy Plan (www.timothyplan.com) is a Florida-based family of mutual funds that focuses its investments on companies that accord with its principles of pro-life, purity, family, marriage, liberty, sobriety, longevity, and stewardship. The Timothy Plan approaches money management in a way that allows concerned investors to align their values with their money. The Timothy Plan offers a full range of funds, including Small Cap Value, Large/Mid Cap Value, Large/Mid Cap Growth, Aggressive Growth, Fixed Income, Growth & Income, High Yield Bond, International, Emerging Markets, Israel Common Values, Defensive Strategies, Strategic Growth, Conservative Growth, and Variable Annuities.

This is a renewed relationship with the Jonathan Byrd's Racing team, as the Timothy Plan first appeared on the team's IndyCars in the late nineties. Having maintained a positive, long-running relationship with the Byrd family, and with the team and family's return to action with this year's Indy 500, the principals of the Timothy Plan decided it was time to get back in the race.

Art Ally, President of the Timothy Plan said "We are excited to be associated with Jonathan Byrd's Racing. With its new leadership and exciting vision for the future of their motorsports operations, along with their business development plans, Jonathan Byrd's Racing continues be committed to the excellence and values that made the late Jonathan Byrd such a respected owner and inspiration in the world of IndyCar Racing. We are very much looking forward to the 2015 Indianapolis 500 and to being part of the revived Jonathan Byrd's Racing team's commitment to that legacy."

As the latest Jonathan Byrd's Racing driver to represent the Timothy Plan, Bryan Clauson said "It's always exciting to find others that are as enthusiastic about what we're doing and planning to do as I know we all are. It's encouraging to see the number of people and companies that are lining up to have a hand in this program, and I know that the involvement of the Timothy Plan is an important piece of the puzzle that's going to assist us in achieving the positive results that we are expecting."

Team principal Jonathan Byrd II added: "As we are investing in the Jonathan Byrd's brand in so many ways, and especially with the Indy 500 via Jonathan Byrd's Racing, we're so thankful that there are companies out there like the Timothy Plan—companies whose job it is to make smart investments on a daily basis—that see us as a worthy investment for their brand, their image, and their future. It's great to have the Timothy Plan back in the fold after all these years, and we're going to do our very best to make sure that they experience an excellent return on their investment."
