DirecTV Launches FoxSportsGo In Time For Sunday’s Daytona 500
DirecTV quietly launched Fox Sports’ TV Everywhere product, FoxSportsGo, earlier today as part of a phased rollout. Fox’ broadcast channel, FS1 and the Big East Digital Network are currently available to DirecTV subscribers. Other networks, like Fox Deportes and FS2, will be added shortly; RSN content will be made available next month. The deal, which was cut in time for Sunday's Daytona 500, adds around 20 million subscribers to the service’s distribution, putting it in front of around 80 million subscribers. DirecTV and ESPN have said that the WatchESPN service will be available in late February/early March. John Ourand, SportsBusinessDaily.com
