Barcelona Day 1: Nasr tops morning times
He was just five hundredths quicker than Daniel Ricciardo, who made up for missing much of the morning in the pit lane by proving quick when he did eventually emerge in the Red Bull. The Australian has completed just 18 laps to Nasr's 56.
Lewis Hamilton brought his day to an end after just 11 laps when was too ill to continue in the Mercedes. He will be replaced by Mercedes test driver Pascal Wehrlein this afternoon.
