NASCAR takes both Busch brothers out of Daytona 500

Both Busch brothers taken out of the Daytona 500

All the Busch fans may as well just go home – there won't be any Busch brothers racing in Sunday's Daytona 500. Kurt Busch was taken out because he was suspended for a domestic violence charge filed against him by his ex-girlfriend, and his bother Kyle Busch was taken out by NASCAR because they prefer to spend many millions building the Daytona grandstand facelift instead of installing soft walls on all the infield walls. Kyle suffered a compound fracture to his leg and he could be out for the entire season.

And why? Because he was racing in a Xfinity support series race to help NASCAR prop it up by riding on the coattails of his Sprint Cup popularity.

Way to go NASCAR!
