Overheard at St. Petersburg

I was enjoying breakfast this morning in the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg paddock when along came Bobby Rahal to liven up the morning conversation. Someone at the table mentioned the upcoming wedding of Graham Rahal and Courtney Force. Bobby mentioned that the wedding will take place in Montecito, California and that it should be a spectacular wedding. In fact, Bobby called John Force to discuss the announcement and Bobby mentioned to John that being the father of the bride he had to pay for it and it was going to cost him big time. John quickly (and in typical Force fashion), said, not to worry, "I will get one of my sponsors to pay for it." I love John Force! By Wayde Alfarone
