IndyCar Milwaukee TV rating

UPDATE #2 What's all the fawning (brown-nosing) by certain publications over the increased IndyCar TV ratings on NBCSN the last two races? Hello….let's get real. A 0.42 ratings is the laughing stock of the industry. They were getting those numbers for the past 5 years, depending on the race. NASCAR's third tier truck series gets better ratings. You go to a potential sponsor with a number like that and they will laugh you out of the room. And if IndyCar wants to appeal to the NASCAR fan base on NBCSN, they will need to pack race 4 to 6 times a year. The NASCAR fans would love it. Murray Bennett

07/15/15 The 0.42 rating means 532,000 were tuned in for the Milwaukee IndyCar race on NBCSN. Had the race been on ABC well over 1 million viewers would have tuned in, bringing far greater value to team sponsors, race sponsor (ABC Supply) and TV advertisers.

07/13/15 IndyCar drew a 0.42 rating on NBCSN 5:00 pm Sunday for the ABC Supply Wisconsin 250, up 75% from the 0.24 overnight rating on the same channel last year.
