Kanaan leads Chevy-dominated second practice

For the second straight session Tony Kanaan put the #10 Fusion Chevrolet atop the time in second practice for the Iowa Corn 300 at Iowa Speedway. With a lap of 17.754s, Kanaan edged teammate Scott Dixon by 0.043s. The Team Penske trio of Will Power, Simon Pagenaud, and Juan Pablo Montoya rounded out the top-5.

The major story of the session was Chevrolet's thorough domination of Honda. Chevy-powered cars swept the top-11 positions with the fastest Honda being Ryan Hunter-Reay in P12.
