Formula E expands TV reach across Europe

LONDON, UK – Formula E has confirmed it is to renew existing TV deals across Europe in Albania and Cyprus as well as a new partnership with 365 Media in Iceland.

The agreements with 365 Media, Tring TV and CyBC accompany previously announced deals in other territories such as Eurosport, Canal + and ITV.

Ali Russell, Director of Media and Strategic Partnerships at Formula E, said: "I'm thrilled to announce a host of contract renewals across the European market for this coming season of the FIA Formula E Championship. We are pleased to add to the growing list of broadcasters and look forward to developing these partnerships long into the future."

Oskar Thorvaldsson, Head of Sports at 365 Media Iceland, said: “Green energy is gaining more importance each passing day. We are really looking forward to retaining Formula E in our motorsport portfolio and have high hopes it will remain hugely popular with our subscribers."

The first was an amazing experience, because of the rivalry between drivers and the spectacular races. The tracks are in the most beautiful cities of the world.
