DeltaWing Confirms Rolex 24 Program
Katherine Legge and Andy Meyrick will drive the car next week at Daytona over the two-day IMSA test, with Catherine Crawford continuing as engineer. The team will also be at the Roar Before the Rolex 24 next January, prior to the Rolex 24.
Memo Rojas, who competed with the team full-time this year, is not listed for next week's test, and is known to be exploring his options within the IMSA paddock.
No further information on the team's lineup or partners beyond next week's test was revealed.
Last year, the car showed impressive pace early at Daytona before retiring early due to gearbox problems.
"Although we were dealing with issues with the new gearbox that ended our race much too early, we had the pace to run up front and contend for the lead, which was very encouraging," said DeltaWing team manager Tim Keene.
"Having Kat and Andy back with us is refreshing, as they both have the most experience in the car and have tremendous speed.
"We will also have Catherine Crawford doing the engineering duties, as she did an outstanding job this past season and we've made some really positive gains with both mechanical and aero setups."
