Chris Berube, head of Chevrolet's IndyCar program, has been sent back to the production line reports racer.com
Berube assumed the position of Chevrolet's most senior trackside manager early in the 2012 IndyCar season. Under his watch, Chevy achieved a run of four consecutive manufacturers' titles, as well as the drivers' championships in 2012 (Ryan Hunter-Reay), 2014 (Will Power) and 2015 (Scott Dixon), and Indy 500 victories in 2013 (Tony Kanaan) and 2015 (Juan Pablo Montoya).
No replacement has yet been announced.
