Lance Stroll |
Williams development driver Lance Stroll will make his sportscar debut for Ford Chip Ganassi Racing at next month's Daytona 24 Hours.
Stroll, 17, left Ferrari's junior program for a role at Williams in 2015, having placed fifth in the European Formula 3 Championship.
Stroll will link up with Alexander Wurz, who has come out of retirement for a one-off appearance, Andy Priaulx and reigning World Endurance Champion Brendon Hartley to pilot the #01 Ford GT.
Ganassi will field IndyCar Champion Scott Dixon, Tony Kanaan, Kyle Larson and Jamie McMurray in the #02 machine.
The event will take place at the Daytona International Speedway on January 30-31.
