Formula One is always trying to attract new fans to the sport but at the same time make up some crazy complex rules that not even hardcore fans understand.

New for 2016 is a rule regarding the number of Pirelli tires F1 teams can use during a race weekend, with the idea that it should get the cars out on track more and produce more varied strategies.
