Daytona Rising Project Almost Complete, With Certificate To Be Signed

Today is a "monumental day" for Daytona Int'l Speedway and its $400M Daytona Rising project, with the city's permits and licensing department expected to sign the track's "long-awaited certificate of occupancy." While the upgrades are not "completely finished," the "heavy lifting is over."
