LONDON 31 March 2016 – Mike Conway is confident ahead of his race in Long Beach, California this weekend for the 6th round of the 2015/16 FIA Formula E Championship.
Having only joined the Venturi team last month in Buenos Aires, Conway is hoping to implement his extensive knowledge of the Long Beach track and all that he has learned in the last two races to achieve improved results.
Showing his fondness for the track, Conway said: "I'm looking forward to Long Beach this weekend for many reasons; it's a track I know well and have won at in the past, it holds good memories and hopefully with my circuit knowledge I can have a good weekend with Venturi. I want to get some good results so I'm pushing hard, as always."
Long Beach is a track steeped in tradition and is renowned as one of the most famous and challenging street circuits in America. The track is next to the marina and is 2.1km long with 7 turns and 41 laps. Racing will begin at 4pm local time on Saturday 2nd April.
