Indy Qualification Schedule

Weather, and the legendary IMS "weepers" that keep pumping water onto the track long after the rain stops. IMS officials just announced that practice will begin "momentarily" (I hear engines now) and that each of the 2 groups will get 20 minutes to practice. Expect Group 2 practice 25 minutes or so after that, so around 1:10 pm or so.

After that, the track will open for qualifications at 2:15, and stay open until 7:00 pm. If you're a Hoosier, you'll recall that prior to Daylight Savings Time being implemented a few years ago. that was 6:00 local time. Which means we'll be qualifying in the traditional happy hour.
