Video: Tony Stewart turns laps on IMS dirt track

On Tuesday at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, two-time Crown Royal 400 presents the "Your Hero's Name Here" 400 at the Brickyard winner Tony Stewart visited for a media availability and a peek at a 3/16ths-mile dirt track built inside Turn 3 of the oval in his honor.

Stewart, a Columbus, Indiana, native in his last season of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series racing, couldn't resist donning his racing suit after seeing the track. He turned laps in a midget car alongside Bryan Clauson and Sarah Fisher, fellow Indianapolis 500 veterans and experienced dirt track racers.

"This is the ultimate," Stewart said. "We all wish we had this in our backyard."
