In NASCAR cheaters always keep their win

ESPN.com's Bob Pockrass reports, "Tech is done. Race winner Matt Kenseth's car failed laser tech postrace. 2nd place finisher Tony Stewart passed postrace." Failing laser tech has been a 15-point penalty this year.

The motto in NASCAR, unlike other race series, is if you cheat and win you will never lose your victory, just some points and/or a fine. In other series cheaters lose their victory.
