Dixon blisters The Glen at 144 mph
Scott Dixon turned a blistering lap of 144 mph in opening practice for this weekend IndyCar race at Watkins Glen. Chevy cars, which are not required to tow a parachute, were 1st thru 4th. Graham Rahal was the fastest Honda. Towing the Honda Butt Bumper parachute he managed a 142.971 mph lap.
