Xxxtreme Motorsport owner ordered to pay Swan Racing

A U.S. District Court judge has ordered Xxxtreme Motorsport, owned by Jonathan Cohen, to pay $668,519 to Swan Racing owner Brandon Davis. The default judgment issued Tuesday was made as Cohen has missed deadlines for responses to various motions and has not attended scheduled depositions and mediation in the lawsuit that Davis filed against Cohen over the sale of the Swan Racing #30 team assets to Xxxtreme in April 2014.
