Lawyers for Boston Grand Prix CEO withdraw

The Boston Grand Prix CEO's attorneys are withdrawing, citing a communication breakdown.

Michel Murphy of K&L Gates, as well as his attorneys in Indiana, filed motions to withdraw as counsel to John Casey.

The attorneys say there has been a breakdown in their attorney client relationship, and Casey isn't responding to their requests for information and documents.

INDYCAR filed a civil lawsuit last year against Boston Grand Prix, Casey and former Boston Grand Prix CEO Mark Perrone for damages and breach of contract.
