Newly discovered FBI documents show Patricia Driscoll, who is under federal indictment for allegedly misappropriating over $600,000 from a charity designed to help wounded military members and their families, used money from the Armed Forces Foundation to pay her attorney fees in a court case where she falsely accused her ex-boyfriend, NASCAR driver Kurt Busch, of assaulting her.
