As the new owners of Champ Car bring the series slowly back to prominence as a top international racing organization, racing circuits around the world are keeping an eye on the series as a possibility for their circuit. As an example, the Chairman of the board of directors, Executive director, and Business director of the beautiful Brno circuit in the Czech Republic, Ludek Starha, told AutoRacing1.com, "We regularly consider a lot of options how to improve our calendar and how to bring new events to the Czech Republic. Champ Car was one of the options we have discussed with BPA agency from Prague. But it will not be in the 2005."
