Brantley Gilbert Big Machine is the new sponsor of the Brickyard 400

Indianapolis Motor Speedway announced Friday that music industry label Big Machine Label Group will be the new title sponsor of the Brickyard 400.

The official name of the July 23 NASCAR race at IMS is the Brantley Gilbert Big Machine Brickyard 400.

Brantley Gilbert is a Country Music Award-winning singer-songwriter. Gilbert, who is scheduled to attend the event and perform during pre-race festivities, is known for hits including, "Bottoms Up," "Small Town Throwdown" and "One Hell of an Amen."

“We have enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Big Machine, and we’re thrilled to see that expand through this very unique entitlement sponsorship," IMS President Doug Boles said. “This partnership will bring a big-name artist our fans know and love to IMS, enhancing what already is one of NASCAR’s marquee event weekends."

The record company, based in Nashville, Tenn., is also home to Taylor Swift, Reba McEntire, Florida Georgia Line and Rascal Flatts.
