With a lap time of 1:11.102, Colton Herta won pole position for tomorrow's Cooper Tires Indy Lights Grand Prix of Mid-Ohio Race #2. The driver of the No. 98 Andretti Steinbrenner Racing entry edged Santi Urrutia by 0.1242s in winning his sixth pole position of the season.

Nico Jamin was third, with Zachary Claman De Melo and Shelby Blackstock rounding out the top-five.

The Lights series will be back in action at 3:35 this afternoon for the first of two races this weekend. Urrutia will start from pole.
