Will Williams switch to Bridgestone?

See Hot News page for announcement. 08/13/05 We believe that Williams and Michelin are in the final stages of negotiating a new deal for 2006 and beyond, despite rumors of a deal with Bridgestone. The rumors may be related to the negotiations although staying with Michelin makes a lot more sense than switching to Bridgestone. Williams, it should be remembered, was the first Michelin team in the modern era. It is thought that Red Bull Racing will switch but that Williams will stay where it is. Grandprix.com 08/11/05 Rumors has it that the Williams, soon to be Williams Cosworth, team will likely switch to Bridgestone tires in 2006.
