Sixth German eyes F1 ride

(GMMf1NET) Adrian Sutil has vowed to make his mark on formula one this season.

The 22-year-old German has been signed as a 'junior driver' of the Midland-run MF1 team, and is likely to get a few appearances in a Friday car at grands prix.

''My first goal this year is to be noticed,'' Sutil – also a driver for Willy Weber in the German 'A1' team – told the German 'Sport Bild' publication.

''After that, I want to find a race seat.''

With team test cohort Markus Winkelhock, Sutil – accompanying Michael and Ralf Schumacher, Nico Rosberg and Nick Heidfeld – is the sixth German in formula one this year.

German media reports also reveal that Sutil is a talented pianist.
