Will Penske/Porsche juggernaut kill LMP2?

Rumors are beginning to circulate that indicate that the privateer ALMS LMP2 teams are ready to bolt if the Penske Porsche factory LMP2 car isn't restricted. Historically factory entries squash the privateer teams and why we see car counts very low in ALMS and LMES. Meanwhile Grand-Am, which does not use a factory team model, is flush with entries and on a roll.
