Martinez close to landing Atlantics ride

Someone who is well connected told AutoRacing1.com that Mexican David Martinez is about to finalize a deal with a Mexican company to get sponsorship for the whole season of Atlantics with US RaceTronics. Part of the deal is that his uncle "Capi" Martinez will be the engineer for his car (Martinez comes from a family of drivers, his uncle, his dad, and his late brother were all drivers). We hope for the series sake this rumor turns into fact helping Atlantics and Champ Car get more Mexican sponsorship. Jose Arrambide
