Champ Car to add at least three new teams

Champ Car President Steve Johnson said today in Montreal that by the end of this weekend he hopes to have three new 2-car Champ Car teams signed up for next year and that does not include any other Atlantic teams that still may move up, nor does it include ex-F1 team owner Paul Stoddart's team, which apparently is still very much a real possibility.
