Senna to move up to GP2
"I will test for ART in Jerez, with DPR at Paul Ricard, where I'll have my GP2 debut, and with iSport International. These are the three best teams and I will do a one-day test with each of them.
"Afterwards I'll be able to decide which team I'll race for next year."
"Nothing is decided on that front either," Senna said of jumping straight to F1. "Gerhard Berger, who has always been very close to me in my career, has introduced me in the circle, but besides having a fine relationship with them there's nothing else, no agreement.
"I started my career for real only last year and I really have too little experience for F1. Of course, if my folks didn't block my career, I would have come to this point much earlier."
09/21/06 Bruno Senna confirmed he will test for three different GP2 teams before Christmas. Senna, 23, whose uncle Ayrton won three world titles in the eighties and nineties, will test for DPR at Paul Ricard in France before moving onto Jerez in Spain with iSport International and the finishing off with champions ART Grand Prix at Valencia.
The British Formula Three frontrunner will be joined in Spain by German teenager Sebastian Vettel – who is currently BMW Sauber's interim Formula One test and reserve driver.
The pair could end up together in ART race seats next year, but only if Red Bull – who manage Vettel, stop him from graduating to the BMW test role full-time.
ART will also test current GP2 racers Vitaly Petrov and Luca Filippi at Paul Ricard, while Italian Marco Bonanomi will test for Durango. More at Eurosport
