Pemex to sponsor Dominguez in 2007

We spoke to a very happy Homero Ninoderivera from the marketing department of Pemex after Mario Dominguez finished a strong 2nd place in the Lexmark Indy 300 Sunday. Right, Mario Dominguez celebrates with Pemex's Homero Ninoderivera.

"Pemex is the No. 1 (largest) company in Mexico and it is important that we support the No. 1 Mexican driver," said Ninoderivera. "This is a great result for Mario and for Mexico ahead of the Mexico City race."

When we asked him if their support would continue in 2007 he said, "I expect that we are going to continue to back Mario in 2007."
