ISC in partnership with Legault for Canadian expansion

In an SEC filing today ISC revealed that it is a limited partner with Group Motorise International in the organization and promotion of NASCAR and Grand-Am events at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal, Canada. According to AutoRacing1.com sources, Legault is partners with ISC in the Canadian market, and ISC is the promoter of the Busch NASCAR race in Montreal with Legault. A birdie tells us that this partnership is preparing something for NASCAR in western Canada, perhaps Alberta (Calgary) for 2008 or 2009. Mark C.
