Spencer to the #73 team

Ryan Smithson reports "am hearing that Jimmy Spencer is back part-time in the Nextel Cup Series next year with a new team called Revelocity Racing. It was formed by a group of four businessmen from West Virginia, and they plan on running all the Car of Tomorrow races in 2007." Smithson also heard the team also talked to Ward Burton, but eventually went with Spencer. NASCAR.com
