Taco Bell Employees Are Eligible for Discounts on Corvettes and Cadillacs

For any Taco Bell crew members "on-break" reading this on their phone in the bathroom stall, we have good news. According to Cars Direct, you're eligible for some pretty substantial discounts on virtually any General Motors vehicle. And yes, that includes the cool stuff like Corvettes and Cadillacs. Okay, so we suspect the average Taco Bell "food champion" fry cook won't exactly be in the market for a CTS-V, but something like a nicely-equipped Chevy Cruze or Sonic might just be the set of wheels to make all of those long nights and weekends feeding the hungover worthwhile.
Apparently, it's all part of GM's Supplier Discount program, a program Taco Bell is included in as a result of its status as a GM supplier… somehow. Unless every new Camaro now comes with a complimentary Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco in the glovebox, we're gonna chalk it up to Taco Bell's official catering of GM corporate events or something.
In all seriousness, the discounts on tap do look decent with Cars Directmanaging to dig up a 2018 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport going for $4,385 less than its MSRP of $66,590. While it's still probably out of the price range of the spotty, teenage burrito artist down the street, any senior accounting analysts at corporate looking to celebrate their latest promotion may want to take note.
