Barcelona Testing 3PM update
Sebastian Vettel fastest so far but day is not over |
At mid-afternoon (3PM) Sebastian Vettel had moved the Ferrari to the top of the charts on Medium tires and then lowered his mark further on Soft rubber, the same rubber most drivers set their fast time on so far.
McLaren continues to coverup how slow they are by running much softer tires than everyone else – 4 levels softer than everyone else. Meanwhile the Honda in the Toro Rosso is looking strong, zero issues and they have turned the most laps so far today. So the question last year is – was it Honda or was it really McLaren that was at fault for all their problems?
