Sport Clips joins Coyne w/ Vasser Sullivan

Dale Coyne Racing with Vasser-Sullivan announced today that Sport Clips Haircuts will partner with the team for the 2018 Verizon IndyCar Series season.
On site for the season opening Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, Vasser-Sullivan co-owners Jimmy Vasser and James “Sulli" Sullivan both commented on the announcement…
“We are looking forward to showcasing the Sport Clips MVP experience to IndyCar fans this season on what is one of the best teams we've ever had," said Vasser.
“This is a great day for the series and certainly a big day for the team to bring Sport Clips back to IndyCar after 11 years away, said "Sulli."
Sport Clips, the sports-themed haircutting franchise, which specializes in haircuts for men and boys, is ranked by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the “Fastest-Growing Franchises" and in the top 10 in its “Franchise 500."
“Sport Clips is thrilled to again have a partnership with the Verizon IndyCar Series," said Gordon Logan, founder and CEO of Sport Clips. “In 2006, we had a car in the Indianapolis 500 driven by Max Papis, and we are excited to see what Sebastien Bourdais does on the track this season."
Bourdais will be contesting his 13th IndyCar season. He is the only Indy car driver to win four consecutive championships (2004–2007), ranks sixth on IndyCar career victory list with 36 wins, is tied for seventh in career poles with 33 and has won race from the pole 18 times — third on the all-time list. An accomplished sports car racer, he was part of the Ford Chip Ganassi Racing win the GTE Class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in Ford’s return to the famed endurance race in 2016 and the GT Le Mans class at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 2017. Bourdais finished second overall in 24 Hours three times with Team Peugeot. He has also won the overall 12 Hours of Sebring and Petit Le Mans.

The 16-race 2018 Verizon IndyCar Series season opened Sunday, March 9–11, on the St. Petersburg, FL, temporary street circuit. It resumes in Phoenix, AZ at ISM Raceway on April 7-8.
