IRL may park their newest poster girl

Milka Duno's struggle in recent Indy-car races led IRL president Brian Barnhart to summon the league's three driving instructors — former Indianapolis 500 winners Al Unser, Johnny Rutherford and Rick Mears — for an evaluation meeting.

Barnhart said pulling the rookie's license until she can test more is a possibility. He plans to meet with SAMAX Motorsport officials prior to her next scheduled race, which is Aug. 5 at Michigan International Speedway.

SAMAX brought veteran driver Tomas Enge to Nashville to set up Duno's car Thursday, but she crashed it. Duno has been the slowest qualifier in four of her five IRL races, the exception being the Indianapolis 500 when she qualified 31st of 33. Indy Star
