Charlotte Motor Speedway Hosting Pair Of ROVAL Tests

Charlotte Motor Speedway will host a pair of test sessions for Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series drivers to make laps on the 2.28-mile ROVAL that will host the series on Sept. 28-30.
The two test sessions – on July 10 and July 17 – will be free and open to the public. The tests will both run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a lunch break from 12 to 1 p.m.
In addition to serving as a preview of the Bank of America 500 on the ROVAL, fans attending what the speedway is calling Test Fest will be able to enjoy food and drinks, live music and games, mechanical bull rides and a view of the on-track action from Whisky River, located at gate six.
Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series drivers will be split between the two test sessions, with each driver allowed to take part in one of the two tests. The list of drivers is subject to change.
