The Verizon INDYCAR SERIES travels to the iconic Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this weekend, as NBCSports presents comprehensive coverage of the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio this weekend on NBCSN and CNBC. Live race coverage will air Sunday on CNBC at 3:30 p.m. ET, followed by an encore presentation of the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN, immediately following coverage Monster Energy NASCAR racing from Pocono Raceway.

NBC Sports' motorsports coverage this weekend will also feature live coverage of the Lucas Oil Pro MOTOCROSS Washougal National on NBCSN and NBC Sports Gold, a twin bill of NASCAR racing from Pocono Raceway and Iowa Speedway, culminating with the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Gander Outdoors 400 on Sunday, July 29, at 2:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

INDYCAR HONDA INDY 200 AT MID-OHIO – SUNDAY AT 3:30 P.M. ET ON CNBC

The Verizon INDYCAR SERIES rolls into the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this weekend with just five races remaining on the 2018 schedule. Four-time series champion Scott Dixon (Chip Ganassi Racing) has taken control of the championship standings following his victory at the Honda Indy Toronto on July 15. Dixon leads defending series champion Josef Newgarden (Team Penske) by 62 points following Newgarden's ninth place finish in Toronto. Dixon has enjoyed success at Mid-Ohio with five career victories, with his most recent victory at the circuit coming in 2014. Newgarden took the checkered flag last year en route to the series title.

Live coverage from Mid-Ohio begins Saturday at 1:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN with qualifying, prior to pre-race coverage with INDYCAR Live Presented by Verizon on Sunday at 3 p.m ET on CNBC. Pre-race coverage will be highlighted by Robin Miller's essay on Ohio native Graham Rahal (Rahal Letterman Lanigan), who won at Mid-Ohio in 2015.

Lead INDYCAR play-by-play commentator Leigh Diffey will call this weekend's Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio alongside analyst and former drivers Paul Tracyand Townsend Bell. Robin Miller, Kevin Lee, Jon Beekhuis and Katie Hargittwill report from the pits. In addition, the Indy Lights Mid-Ohio race will air Tuesday, July 31, at 6 p.m. ET on NBCSN, immediately following NASCAR America. Kevin Lee, Anders Krohn, and Katie Hargitt will call the action.

Jason Weigandt will handle play-by-play duties for this weekend's coverage of the Washougal National alongside analyst and two-time AMA Pro MOTOCROSS Champion Grant Langston and pit reporter Will Christien.
