We hear that Richard Philippe is back looking for an Indy Lights ride. Apparently he had a 3 race contract with the Genoa team and as of right now he will not run the Freedom 100 at Indy. We hear he is now looking for sponsors and for substantially Indy Lights subsidized rides.
