Prost’s son linked with Renault reserve role
(GMM) French language media reports are linking Alain Prost's son with a possible role as reserve driver for the Renault team in 2010.
28-year-old Nicholas Prost has driven in A1 and the Renault World Series, as well as at Le Mans and was the 2008 champion in the Euroseries 3000.
Eric Bouiller is a director of the sports management outfit Gravity, with close ties to Gerard Lopez, the new majority owner of Renault's F1 team.
The reports said Bouiller recently began negotiations with Prost's son about becoming the 2010 reserve driver.
Alain Prost, a quadruple world champion and former team owner, has also been linked with the role as Renault's next F1 boss.
