NASCAR Truck Points leader to be penalized

08/07/11 The truck of Camping World Truck Series points leader Johnny Sauter failed postrace inspection Sunday morning at Pocono Raceway.

Sauter, finished fourth to increase his series points lead to five over Austin Dillon but his truck was too high in the right rear, according to NASCAR.

The truck was a backup as Sauter crashed in qualifying Saturday.

The ThorSport Racing driver can expect penalties for the infraction. Earlier this year, driver Kyle Busch was docked six Sprint Cup points after his car was too low in postrace inspection.
