Nasr Quickest in Opening IMSA Practice at Sebring

Whelen Engineering Racing driver Felipe Nasr set the pace early on in Thursday morning’s first practice session ahead of the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring.
The Brazilian posted a time of 1:46.996 early on in the 60-minute session in the No. 31 Action Express Racing-run Cadillac DPi-V.R to beat Dane Cameron’s Acura ARX-05 by 0.3555s.
The DPi field was relatively mixed, with Cadillac, Acura and Nissan all represented in the top four.
Wayne Taylor Racing’s Cadillac DPi placed third, ahead of the Nissan DPi of CORE autosport.
Porsche and Ford led the way in GT Le Mans with Laurens Vanthoor quickest in the No. 912 Porsche 911 RSR ahead of the pair of Ford GTs.
Practice 2 is scheduled for 2:40 p.m. EDT ahead of night practice at 7:45 p.m.
