Is Newman/Haas having a change of heart with regard to IndyCar?
UPDATE As it turns out, NHR is building up the new DW12s for Dragon Racing, which was moving into a new shop in California, but now we hear might use the Newman/Haas shop. That explains the parts being there in January. From what we've been told the first chassis has been done for a while and the second one is close.

Strange since they claim they are not running the series in 2012.
